Almond Croissant
The few bakes you bake twice! You make the classic croissant or cornetto, with the same patience and love...let it age abd get stale (yes!), then dip them in a nice suryp and fill with delicious almond frangipane cream! And yes, top up with flaked almonds and bake again. Buon appetito.

Bowties
Bowties are made with the croissant dough, gently shaped as a butterfly or bowtie. Currently sold with white chocolate and raspberry filling
